These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Crewmate mobile application, published by a company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS). By creating an account and using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use in full.

1. Purpose of the Application
Crewmate is a collaborative mobile application designed to support the planning and management of audiovisual productions. Its main features include:
- Team management
- Task tracking
- Equipment list organization
- Centralization of project documents
2. Account Creation and Access
Using Crewmate requires creating a user account. During registration, users must provide the following mandatory information: first name, last name, email address, and country.
Registration is free. Users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the service.
3. User Content and Privacy
Users cannot publish public content within the app. The content they create (project information, technical lists, documents, notes, etc.) is private and accessible only to collaborators involved in those specific projects.
No moderation or content rules currently apply to private project data.
4. Intellectual Property
The name Crewmate is a registered trademark in France. The brand name, logo, app icon, and interface are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited right to use the application within the scope of their subscription plan. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Crewmate offers three tiers of access:
- Lite: Free access
- Campus: Free access for students from partner schools
- Pro: Paid monthly or annual subscription
Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. The app contains no advertising and offers no other in-app purchases.
6. Liability
Crewmate implements appropriate security measures to protect user data.
However, the publisher cannot be held liable for:
- Data or document leaks caused by a user or collaborator
- Accidental misuse of the application by the user
- Security breaches on Dropbox, our file storage provider, despite the fact that it uses AES-256 encryption
Users are solely responsible for any actions taken from their account and within their projects.
7. Account Termination and Deletion
Users can delete their projects and accounts at any time directly from the application.
In case of a violation of the Terms, the publisher reserves the right to terminate an account and/or its subscription without prior notice.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris (France).
